An Unforgettable Dining Experience in Karaburun During our overnight visit to Karaburun, Cahill Istanbul we had the pleasure of dining at this truly exceptional restaurant—and it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with great care. I only wish we had more time to spend here; I would have loved the chance to explore more of the menu, as everything we tried was outstanding. What truly set this place apart, however, was the incredible service. The waitstaff was attentive and kind, and the owner went above and beyond in every possible way. When we couldn’t find a taxi back to our hotel, he personally called a driver he knew and arranged a ride for us—something we’ll never forget. Superb dinner. I love the sea bass and salad with pomegranates the best. Our waiter was very kind and the whole room was calm and enjoyable until 5 children under the age of 10 were allowed to run around the main dining room. This went on for over twenty minutes and we couldn’t relax and enjoy the end of our main courses, our two deserts or tea. It was hard to follow my partner’s conversation it was so annoying. It was my birthday yesterday and tonight was our last dinner after great two week long trip to Turkey. The children were from a private table from a different room behind glass. My Turkish friend Recep suggested we go eat some seafood by the sea side. Random pick as we liked the view and the atmosphere. The menu is very diverse with lots of options. We had 2 grilled fish (ÇUPRA IZGARA) and butter shrimp along with roasted eggplant salad and Arugula SALAD WITH CHEESE AND POMEGRANATE. All the choices were top notch and cooked To perfection.
