Hadi Balık Bistro — Restaurant in Bodrum

I have been coming to the Radisson Collection hotel in Turkey for the past few years, and each time I visit, I make sure to dine at Hadi Balik. The food is amazing, with a wide variety of dishes that are always fresh and presented with a street-food style, which has its own lovely attraction. The bistro is focused on seafood, influenced by different world cuisines – some with an Asian touch, like spring rolls with vegetables and shrimps, or my personal favourite- the vegetables and prawns tempura, or Mexican sea food tacos- must try😉, even British fish and chips and much, much more to discover😅. But what truly sets this place apart is the team! They go above and beyond to make every guest feel special and happy! The chefs and all the team are truly exceptional – Emre, Dogan, Yusuf, Azad, Ozqur, Nozim, Cem, Oytun, and Elif (the team on shift tonight and I hope I didn’t misspelled the names🙈) – I want to thank each and every one of them.

After one week of dining here, it’s hard to pick a favorite dish because every time I try something new, it becomes the favourite. Team attention to detail is unmatched, from the chefs’ artistry in the kitchen to the exceptional cocktails crafted with passion and served with style – special thanks to Cem, the cocktail magician😅

The drink variety is ranging from non-alcoholic options like juices, colas, and sprites, to wines and beers. They offer both international and Turkish wines, which are a lovely to try! The beer selection also covers both European and local Turkish brews. And as I mentioned earlier, the cocktails are extraordinary. To top it all off, you can enjoy traditional Turkish tea or Turkish coffee to end your meal perfectly.

I haven’t tried the desserts yet, but with one more week to go, I think I’ll have to!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the personalized service (cordial thanks to Emre for his perfect suggestions, care and kindness) makes every visit memorable. Their General Manager, Oytun, knows every guest by name, making you feel like you’re dining among close friends. All the team genuinely cares about making each guest’s experience special, and they’ve certainly made my vacation unforgettable and filled It with happy vibes.

Hadi Balik is a hidden gem by the beach – don’t be fooled by its simple appearance! It’s a place where you have a perfect match- the food is delicious and you’re treated not just as a customer but as a friend.
