Et Evi -Bolu Çiftliği — Restaurant in Bolu

Its a butcher restaurant so you pick what you like and they cook it... we ordered 6 meals but the kofte and lamb tava wasn't cooked well enough so they took it back to the kitchen and re-cooked it. After the the meat was good. Some of the apetitizers needed to be prepared again as they didn't taste fresh. The good thing about the restaurant is they have a male/female masjid (prayer room). We paid 400 TL for 8 chicken shish, 2 lamb shish, 1 lamb tava, 3 large koftes, 4 portions rice, 4 ayrans, water, 4 types of appetisers.... overall we were satisfied. Good quality food. Some people who commented were not happy their steak was too rare. I don't understand how they can make such a comment. In a restaurant you can always ask to cook a little more. And these people are very interested in pleasing customers. I asked for medium and got medium rare but that is even fine for me so i ate that way. The chicken soup was delicious. İstanbul'dan arkadaş grubumuzla Bolu'yu gezmek için gelmiştik, akşam yemeği olarak da internetten puanında yüksek olması sebebiyle burayı tercih ettik.Bolu sonuçta Et-Mangal yeri olarak meşhur diye düşünmüştük, fakat düşündüğümüzün tam tersi çıktı. İlk mekana girişte karşılanmayı ve sizi yönlendircek birisini bekliyorsunuz fakat öyle biri yok. İçeri girdik ve kasap reyonunun orada 10 dk ne yapacağımızı anlamaya çalıştık. İstanbul'da buna benzer konseplerde etleri ve ya diğer ürünleri kendiniz alıp sepete atıp gidip kasada ödüyorsunuz.Sepet aradık sepet yok, meğer sonradan anladık ki kasap reyonundaki çalışanlar, kim ne seçiyorsa kendi önlerindeki tabaklara koyup pişirmeye yolluyorlar.Çalışanların ilgisizliği ve konsepti tam olarak anlayamamız bize başlangıçta hayal kırıklığı yarattı.Dedik etler,tavuklar,köfteler bir gelsin sonuçta burası Bolu, bu hayalkırıklığını orada telafi ederler diye düşündük sonuç yine hüsran.Lezzet olarak çok kötü değil ama çok da beklenildiği gibi değil. İstanbul'dan kıyaslarsak meşhur Afiyet Et fiyat performans olarak burasını 2-3'e katlar.5 kişilik grup için çok fazla bir şey seçmememize rağmen fiyatlar bize pahalı geldi.Sonuç olarak çok tercih etmeyeceğim mekanlar arasına aldım, bunun en başta nedeni ilgisizlik, müşteri memnuniyetinin düşünülmemesi.
