Aşık Restoran — Restaurant in Didim

We had a fabulous lunch here. It is a beautiful spot, opposite the Apollo temple. The staff (family) were so friendly, welcoming and generous. They bought out lots of mezzes, the roll up's with cheese in them, salads, beans with eggplant and lots of fresh bread. They also make yummy fresh orange juice as well. We had the sea bass and sardines for mains and they were beautifully cooked and very generous serving sizes. Afterwards they bought out a plate of fresh figs for dessert. The restaurant was lovely and clean too....

We ordered a fish for 150tl. The owner said that salat is included to this price.

The food was fresh and tasty.

But in the end, when we got our receipt, the owner count salat as a separate dish for 120tl. That is pretty much for a salat.

So, unfortunately, the final impression was ruined not...

Rezervasyonumuz olmadan gittik ve çalışanlar bize mekanın dolu olduğunu ve rezervasyon gerektiğini söylediler. Ancak, iletişim tarzları oldukça kaba ve profesyonellikten uzaktı. Özellikle bir çalışanın tavrı misafirperverlikten uzaktı ve bu durum bizi oldukça rahatsız etti. Diğer çalışan ise daha yapıcı bir yaklaşım sergiledi ve bize oturabileceğimiz yerler konusunda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Ancak genel izlenimimiz, mekanın daha çok turistlere yönelik olduğu ve yerel müşterilere karşı aynı özenin gösterilmediği yönünde. Bu konuda daha profesyonel bir yaklaşım benimsenmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Restoranın yemekleri ve atmosferi hakkında yorum yapma şansı bulamadık, çünkü bu durumdan sonra mekandan ayrıldık. Umarım bu geribildirim misafir ilişkilerinin geliştirilmesine...
