İşletme tam bir felaket. Çay yapımı tamamen personelin insiyatifine bırakılmış; sorunca aldığınız tek cevap “bitti.” su istiyoruz yaz kış dolapta bulabiliyorsunuz, sıcak su isteğinize ise kimse umrunda değilmiş gibi sessiz kalıyor. Dürüm fena değil diyebilirsiniz, ama tadı bile tepedeki aciz yönetimi gizlemeye yetmiyor. Müşteriyi umursamayan bu yeri bir daha görmek zorunda kalmak istemiyorum..bunu yazıyorum ama bu durumu işletmeden kimsenin önemseyeceğinide...
