Sea Me Beach — Restaurant in Fethiye

I’ve been visiting this beach club every year and have been recommending it to many friends who visit on a yearly basis, however this year I was not able to book online due to errors, the staff were very snobby and not welcoming and prices were extremely high! We spent a total of £125 (approx 5,500 TRY) for 4 iced lattes and 2 main courses and sunbeds) The service we received from staff members was appalling, they were acting as if they were the customer and when I complained about the service button not working I was accused of not pressing it properly, then another staff member said it’s due to wifi… Anything we asked for seemed to be a problem for them as if they didn’t want to work… They were stood there in circles chatting along whilst we wanted to order and was trying to get their attention which I don’t have a problem with however when we want something they really didn’t seem to care… Unfortunately sea me is not the same and I will not be recommending this beach club anymore… When I left I went to rebook for another day thinking we’d give it another chance and we had a bad day and that they were busy etc… we did rebook which seemed to big a big hassle for the staff in the entrance area, then 5 hours later received a message saying that my booking was cancelled… which we’re glad about as it was a bad day… They only want rich and wealthy customers who is going to be spending a lot of money… if we actually received a nice service we would have spent more but it’s not worth it… The day after we went to So Beach (the old Help Beach) and they’ve done it up very nicely and the staff are extremely helpful and prices are average, still expensive but defiantly better service...

During my recent visit to Sea Me Beach, I was captivated by the beautiful setting along the coastline. The beach offered a picturesque backdrop for a relaxing day in the sun, and I couldn't help but appreciate the natural beauty of the location.

However, my overall experience was tempered by some notable shortcomings. The service at Sea Me Beach was unfortunately lacking. The staff seemed disorganized and unattentive, resulting in long wait times for orders to be taken and food to be served. It was disappointing to see such potential in the setting not being complemented by efficient and friendly service.

Another disappointment was the cocktails. I was looking forward to enjoying some refreshing drinks by the beach, but unfortunately, the cocktails fell short of expectations. They lacked creativity and tasted rather bland, not living up to the vibrant and lively beach atmosphere.

On a positive note, the beach amenities were decent, and there were ample loungers available for guests to relax and soak up the sun. The beach itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable spot to unwind.

While the setting and beach ambiance were undeniably stunning, the poor service and lackluster cocktails detracted from the overall experience at Sea Me Beach. With some improvements in these areas, this beach could truly become a top destination for those seeking a beach retreat. The worst service I have ever experienced. The restaurant staff don't have one smile between them or any proactive or fundamental care for their clientele. We enjoyed a good lunch and ordered a bottle of wine at the end of our meal only to be told that they needed the table for the next customer. So we were moved to the lounge area next door, and the bottle never arrived. We had to ask several more times for it. It eventually arrived 25 minutes later, but was left corked in a bucket. We had to go to the bar to ask for a corkscrew. Wine glasses arrived, stacked oddly in an ice bucket and one fell off and smashed, we had to ask the staff to come back to clear the glass they missed. Water is only available in small glass bottles which seems a crazy idea at a beach club full of large groups. We stayed for dinner too as was our plan for the day, you would have thought a better experience after making our feedback known to the same staff but our request for starters to arrive with kid's food was ignored, they arrived at the same time as main courses. Wine glasses were taken without asking, with wine still in them. A serious communication and training issue permeates with the staff and culture at Seame.
