This is one of the most famous restaurants in Kayseri. It's been known, and is still known to this day with its spectacular view, service and quality of food. 🍲😋

Surroundings

Being located on the mountain, the restaurant has its own parking lots. The restaurant has enormous places available both inside and outside. Depending on the weather, it's highly recommended to sit outside to enjoy both food and the view.

Food & Drinks

Whatever you pick from the menu will surely fill you up thanks to the Turkish hospitality - side dishes, freshly bakes breads, and water is served additionally.

After your main meal, make sure to have left some space for their delicious dessert(s) alongside a hot Turkish coffee and tea.

Prices

Comes with no surprise that this restaurant has more pricy menu than the central restaurants. As a tourist, the prices are usually below what you'd normally pay in your residing / home country. On the other hand, the locals that go there are usually wealthy people.

Service

Very quality service thanks to the fully trained and experienced waiters and waitresses. The meals came in less than 10-15 mins despite the place being packed up.

Hiç bir zaman bu kadar rezil bir Lokantaya denk gelmemiştim. Aldıkları fiyatların karşılığını kesinlikler vermiyorlar. Saat 22:00 de kapanan mekana saat 21:38 de gelen müşteriyi alıyorlar sonrada çabuk sipariş verin mutfak kapanacak diyip acele ettiriyorlar. Girer girmez iki çay söyledik ama çaylar 45 dakika sonra yemeği yiyip kalkıp giderken geliyordu yolda karşılaştık. Siz için çayları afiyet olsun dedim. Yemek geldi aradan bir dakika sonra geldi Garson kapatacağız hesabı alacağım dedi. Yemeklerimiz daha yarimken masanızı toplamaya başladılar ve başımızda Bulaşık arabasıyla 3 tane garson bekliyordu. Yanımızdaki masaların üzerine sandalyeleri koymaya başladılar sesli sesli. Yani anlıyacaginiz kendince bu kadar elit olan bir lokanta isletiyorlar ama servisten ve müşteri memnuniyetinden haberleri yok. Paramla rezil oldum tabiri tam uygun bu mekana. Birdaha kesinlikle ne gelirim ne tavsiye ederim. Her sanayi Lokantasında daha iyi muamele var müşteriye.

In jedem Industrierestaurant wird der Kunde besser behandelt.

I have never come across such a disgraceful restaurant. They certainly do not give you value for the price they charge. They take the customers who come to the place, which closes at 22:00, at 21:38, then they hurry by saying, order quickly, the kitchen will be closed. We had two teas as soon as we entered, but the teas were coming after 45 minutes, when we were eating and getting up, we met on the road. I said enjoy the tea for you. The food came, it came a minute later, the waiter said we will close the account and I will take it. When our meals were halfway, they started to clear your table and there were 3 waiters waiting for us with a dishwasher. They began to put chairs on the tables next to us loudly. So you can understand that they run a restaurant that is so elite, but they do not know about service and customer satisfaction. The phrase "I'm disgraced with my money" is just right for this place. I would definitely not come again or recommend. In every industrial restaurant there is better treatment to the customer.

This is one of the best restaurants in Kayseri. Both the view and the food are excellent. For dinner I do really suggest "Pirzola" (chopsteak but know that our chopsteak is smaller than American one) you may order Pirzola in kilos so order couple of kilos for groups. "Küşleme" (type of special and precious meat) is also perfect but Küşleme is something rare and you need to make reservations and order up front if you want to eat. Moreover, the breakfast is also very nice here. Order "Sucukiçi" and "Pastırmalı Yumurta" with the breakfast. If you are staying in a hotel in Erciyes Ski Center, this restaurant is very...
