Monk Bursa — Restaurant in Nilüfer

Terrible Service. Most racist and prejudicial place ever seen. They did not allow me and my family due to my outfit. i had a t shirt and scrub pants. A guy at the entrance asked whether we have reservation. i said no. he asked me to wait a bit to get a seat for us. A girl came towards us saying they have only available space at the bar which is so stupid. How a family with small children be allowed at a bar stool at first place. then the girl immediately changed her mind saying no available place and due to my pants they cannot allow me in there. i have asked then 3 times whats the matter with my outfit. she said because me wearing scrubs style pants. What a terrible Service....

Honestly the best tasting Asian restaurant in Bursa....but they seriously have to give you larger portions...most people when they decide to go for Asian food usually go hungry and expecting large portions...we ordered the hot and sour and Tom Yum soup and they brought out two tiny bowls of soup that were half full...my wife and I literally finished the soup in like 30 seconds...it was maximum 4 spoonfuls of soup...very disappointing considering it was extremely good..and it was 200tl for one bowl...expected a bit more...aside from that, the place was great...if you go there hungry you should order multiple portions of...

Doğumgünüm sebebi ile eşim ( 22 Ağustos ) evimizin yan bloğunda bulunan Monk restaruranttan yer ayırtmış ve ayırtırkende telefondaki bayana doğumgünüm olduğunu , kutlama pastası istediğini de eklemiş.Mekan haftaiçi olması sebebi ile çok kalabalık değildi ve toplamda 2 garson çalışıyordu.Bize servis yapan garsondan aldığımız servis tek kelimeyle rezaletti.Getirilen yemeklerin , içeceklerin servisi esnasında kendisi asla ortada yoktu.Kendisini her gördüğümüzde mekanın dışarısında sigara içiyordu.En son hesabı istemek için 15 dk kendisinin gelmesini bekledik , şaka ile karışık sorduğumuzda da yine sigarada!!! olduğunu iletti.Sushi haricindeki yemeklerin hepsi ekstra soslu , şekerliydi , ben tabağımı neredeyse yemeden bıraktım , bir kişi bile bir sorun olup olmadığını sormadı.Hesap ödenirken başka bir isteğimiz olup olmadığı vb memnuniyet yaratılmaya çalışılacak hareketler asla yapılmadığı gibi eşimin ilettiği doğumgünü pastasıda gelmedi.Eşim bunu söylediğinde , bende çıkıştaki hanfendiye sordum!!! herkes birbirinin suratına sadece boş boş baktı.Kimsenin haberi yok , kimsenin umuru değil. Mekanda çalışan herkes oradan nefret ediyormuşcasına hizmet ediyor.Gelen kişilerin memnuniyeti kimsenin umrunda değil.Dışarıdan güzel bir dekor , son ses müzik siz gel gel yapan fakat müşteri memnuniyetinden uzak , profesyonel olmayan kişilerin çalıştığı ve birbirleri ile kavga halinde oldukları bir mekan.Özel bir gününüzde oraya sakın gitmeyin , hayal...
