Place is easy to find. I wish they have bingsu and milkis in menu. Just like other sopung in other countries.
Let me tell a bit on this branch. This is the nearest to my house and i decided to give it a shot.
Rapokki, the most basic meal. Topokki was good texture, chewy. I wish they use a better ramen. The gravy for rapokki is a failure. It should be more thicker and less bland.
Sun gang, the fried chicken with soya sauce was good.
Beef bulgogi, rice was so little. But the bulgogi was good. Taste wise, As per my expectation.
Dolsot bibimbap. Portion was normal like the one in korea. I wish they put sesame oil on table for us to balance the taste. And the fried egg, the yolk should be half cooked for it to be runny and mixed well in the rice. It was 3/5 for me. But taste wise, closer to the one i has in Korea.
Other meal i. Didnt try. Kimchi that they served me the other day( sold as add on in the menu) was not so good. Taste is overwhelming and not as fresh as i expected from Sopung.
One of the garson, is a pain. Asking for service plate. 3 people on table. Only 2 were given and not responsive to calling.
Waiting time for going in to restaurant is okay. Waiting time for food is nightmare. 20-25 mins they said but we waited almost 50 mins.
Total bill around 750++ for 3 of us. Which is okay for current...
Read moreVisited around 4pm during weekdays. We ordered kimbap, chicken with soysauce because it is kids friendly, rabokki, and bulgogi.
Waiter was nice, this time visit we dont have to queue compared to last time. Restaurant was clean, same as last visit. Service were quick
Every foods they served was just as nice as the one i had in Korea.
Kimbap was nicely made, taste of sesame oil is just nice. Rabokki was super good, taste of gochujang is perfect, the sticky rice was perfectly chewy not overcooked, the noodle was nice and perfect ramen. (Kimbap dipped in this sauce was sooooo good) it makes me forgot i am In Turkiye. Sun gan was so good and big portion. Love that the chicken is cut big and they do the double frying just like how it supposed to be the crispiness is soo nice and not oily. Sauce was sooooo good and my 3 years old eat it deliciously.
Bulgogi was lovely but i just wish u can put rice in different bowl, as below part is soaked with the bulgogi sauce.
Gerçekten başarılı!!...
Read moreMy visit to Sopung Kore Bursa was an absolute delight, and I can't stop raving about their Cheese Dakgalbi! It's hands down one of the best I've ever had, and I attribute its perfection to the culinary expertise of Chef Ms. Irem. The dish was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and the generous amount of cheese added a delightful twist to the traditional recipe.
Not only was the food outstanding, but the ambiance of the restaurant was also welcoming and cozy, adding to the overall dining experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was enjoyable.
If you're a fan of Korean cuisine or simply looking for an unforgettable dining experience, I strongly recommend visiting Sopung Kore Bursa. Trust me, you won't be...
