Mado — Restaurant in Yenimahalle

We asked for salt and hot sauce 4 times in a row until we finally got it brought to our table. The food was below average at best. The fries had no seasoning, no herbs, nothing. The food was overcooked and the flavours were below average; no complexity, very basic flavour profile.

There are 3 places I can immediately recommend instead of this one for 1/4th the price which have way more sophisticated and impressive flavourings, textures, and is well cooked.

The service was abysmal. The menu had a torn page. The only upside was the cats. We both regret having gone here to eat. Hopefully the desserts there are good because the meals were awful.

The visual difference between one thing we ordered and the food that was brought out felt like false...

Limon ve vişne dondurma siparişimizde , özellikle tatlı sevmediğimizi belirttiğimiz halde bal gibi dondurma geldi , kavun gibi kokuyor dememize rağmen limon getirelim deyip yine aynısını getirdiler, limonata geldi , bardakların dışı pislik içinde tuttuğumuz da ellerimiz bardağa yapıştı , gelen yetkili ben birşey göremedim diyerek siz bilirsiniz rahatlığındaydı , limonata içine koydukları nane yaprağı , limon be elma dilimleri , uzun süre beklemiş herhaldeki kararmış attık dedik , ben göremedim cevabını verdi, soğuk su istedik bardağın içine 3 , 4 tane buz konulmuş , dışarıda beklemiş şişe suyu geldi bu terkos suyu gibi koyuyur dedik cevap vermedi , soğuk istemiştik dedik , biraz daha buz isteseydiniz cevabını aldık. Limonata tam bir rezaletti , ne limon nede tadı vardı. İçine artıkları bolca buzla , bol sulu limonata içtik. Tüm bunlardan sonra tüm yorumlara bakıp bir çok kişinin aynı şubeden şikayet ettiğini görünce yetkiliye sorduk tüm bunlardan sonra , bizi o yorumlar ilgilendirmiyor , kale de almıyoruz diyerek , başka birşey varmıydı deyip , umursamaz havada ayrıldı. Bi sihirli değnek gerekiyor buraya , mado kalitesi ve seviyesine...

Food was quite bad. It was obvious the food was reheated more than once. There was a kofte dish with potatoes, the kofte was very dry, as if it was sitting outside for quite a while. The desserts were good. Tea tasted bitter, feels like it was sitting boiling for a while. For the price of food, we expected better quality honestly. For us, this is not a restaurant we would want to go to again,...
