Cafe Marie — Restaurant in Entebbe City

I guess my first experience was awkward, the waitress messed up my order and on sad note couldn't take it back. I was so sympathetic and had to stick with it. It was Sunday afternoon on aslow evening but still I had to wait for over one hour to get my food . Service is fast when you are a few people like two in the whole restaurant. Some of the food and drinks listed on menu where not available. The only thing that kept me staying was the good first free WiFi. And the waitress were kind and polite. The place is nice if you are not in hurry as meals take at least 15min to be fully prepared as indicated on their menu. Once served , the food is delicious and authentic. It is prime food with average plate cost of ugsh 25000 which...

The staff at this location don't care about their jobs. Even at 10 percent occupancy they will let you wait for 10 to 15 minuets before coming to take your order. This is a cafe, we come to sit order eat and bounce. Their on their cell phones every time I come. The food is alright but this customer service destroys the rating for this location. If you go, just do their job for them and tell the kitchen staff what you want. Otherwise your in for a long wait. Just because your the only restaurant in the shopping complex doesn't mean you should take your customers...

The cafe is in the first flor of the quality supermarket shopping center! The parking is very busy because of the super market Its a bit noisy but nice furnitures gives a good feeling! The prices are a bit high for so a location, that food was not showing that what you expect when you see that level of prices! The service was very slowly and the waitress was not knowing what is offered on the card! Many things was not available!? Not a place where I want...
