Sweetly Defined Restaurant — Restaurant in Kampala

Sadly although the place is nice, the food isn't great, in ordered a burger and it was the most disappointing burger I have eaten in Kampala. Was told no burger bun. But the real disappointment was the burger meat itself. The flavour wasn't good, the meat was of very poor quality, and it was the thinnest burger I have ever seen. It was as thick as thin slice of tomato I got with it. This burger isn't worth more than 10k. Other similar restaurants such as cafe javas which is similar in price give you a burger three times thicker. Overall a terrible burger. What a waste of money. And the coffee ice cream has no flavour of coffee, just sugar and milk flavour. Also ordered a French press coffee that came without a French press. Also parties should not be warmed in s microwave, but gentle warming in an oven. A pastry should be alittle moist, but mostly dry and flakey, not wet and mushy, that's what happens when u warm...

Wow! The customer care was superb, the food deeelicious. I chose to go for the Mexican food brunch, and I am happy I did. The food was spectacular. They had such a diverse buffet with everything Mexican. You couldn't go there and not find something to love, me as a picky eater I can say you will go there and get your money's worth. The wait staff is everywhere, and they continue to come and check on you in case of anything. If you haven't been to sweetly defined yet please please go and for a first timer I would advise you to go for their monthly themed brunches they help usher you in on what they have to offer and how tasty everything they make is. Nice restaurant located on Akamwesi Mall along Gayaza road with a great ambiance and customer care. Well designed decor, elegant lighting and clean place. Good ice cream with assorted flavors and great on snacks and pastries 🥐. The down side is the food is unnecessarily over priced so come with your pockets loaded.
