We made an order on glovo app for pizza from tipsy.. it took two hours without any feedback.. we contacted the restaurant and they didn’t even seem like they are willing to compromise or contact glovo on behalf of the client yet even payment was made.. they left us with no option but to say sorry. If a restaurant is unable to deliver when glovo has failed and yet the client paid.. how can the client recover their extra money they are incurring to make sure they get the order since refund...
