Terrible service – ignored for hours and never got my money back

I had booked a table for 200 UGX, which included a choice of drinks. We chose Jack Daniels, Coca-Cola, and water. When we arrived at midnight (00:00), there was no table ready for us. We had to wait while they cleaned and prepared one — so what’s the point of booking?

I ordered the Jack Daniels and was told it would take 5 minutes because it had to be brought from somewhere else. We ended up waiting 45 minutes before the drink finally arrived — without glasses or ice.

After that, the Coca-Cola and water arrived 30 minutes later, despite me asking twice before they finally showed up.

Between 1:00 AM and 3:25 AM, I asked several different staff members and managers multiple times for glasses and ice. I was completely ignored every time. No one took responsibility, no apologies.

I only got the glasses at 3:00 AM, after telling them I was leaving and demanding my money back.

I asked for a refund and was told “we’ll sort it out,” but an hour later, still nothing. I kept being ignored. In the end, I left without getting my money back. I paid 200 UGX for nothing.
