Plum Cafe and Restaurant — Restaurant in Wakiso

The burger was nice, however out of the 11 flavours of ice cream only 3 available. Also I found some of the prices expensive and need to be sorted. A cup of black tea at 7k while a hot chocolate at 8k so u can see the comparison. Soda is expensive. Some of the drinks prices need reduced for what they are. Had the prices been reasonable on the drinks, and ice available would have been 5. UPDATE after the manager replying to my review claiming I lied about the ice cream. I am not a liar I asked your member of staff and I was told you had vanilla, strawberry and chocolate only. Why would I lie about this? Maybe you need to educate your staff. I have been to many restaurants across Uganda and review many. I will not becoming back after being called a liar. If this is how you treat your customers I will now downgrade the review further for being branded as a liar. I have zero reason to lie about this. Terrible...

We loved the ambience and comfort, the place is really beautiful and comfortable. Customer service was top notch, very polite servers, unfortunately the food wasn’t good. We had the mushroom fries as recommended by many and we also had chicken biryani. Not sure if it was a bad day but honestly the food was nothing to write home about. I think Cafe Plum has a good chef I have so far eaten meals from there three times and I haven't been disappointed at all... My favourite dish there currently is what they call mushroom chips...
