Al Mandi & Al Madhbi House — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

I ordered Chicken Madhbi Combo for 4-5 person over the whatsapp no: +971 50 438 0164, which Arrived on time. Well presented with side items. When opened the main Dish. It was really surprising as it was totally different as compare to what was advertised. The Rise was all yellow. No Cashew nuts and no Raisin and the Chickpeas was so hard that all the taste got ruined. Fried onion over the rices were totally Burnt. Chicken was dry.. seems that it was half done earlier and upon order they replaced on charcoal. The Sweet Umm Ali was of good Taste. Rest over all the it was my 1st order with them. I have Contacted them through whatsapp again. They said that they will show the images and video to chef and manager. But no Apology call received nor any Message for the Management. Very Poor Customer service. I will never order again and will not recommend to any one else to waste time and money. The 1 stars is for Salad, sweet. Disappointing Experience - Not As Advertised

I recently ordered a platter, which was supposed to include a lamb shoulder and four whole chickens, advertised as suitable for 8-10 people. However, the portion sizes were misleading. Instead of four whole chickens, there were only four pieces of chicken.

Additionally, the order did not include soup, which I had to pay for separately. The biggest disappointment, however, was the lack of freshness in the food. Both the meat and rice seemed pre-cooked and reheated rather than freshly prepared.

I placed this order online and unfortunately did not enjoy the meal at all. If you’re looking for fresh and authentic Mandi, whether lamb or chicken, I do not recommend...

I ordered the Chicken Madfoon. Chicken was soft and juicy. It also had carrots and potatoes.

There are table and chairs if you want to eat for lunch or dinner.
