The Meat District — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

I had the most incredible experience at meat district located in Abu Dhabi Airport! If you're a burger lover, this is a must-visit – they serve the BEST burger in the entire airport! The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, paired with fresh ingredients that made every bite a delight.

What truly made my visit memorable, though, was the warm and welcoming service I received from the cashier named Prayer. Not only was he incredibly kind and compassionate, but his friendly attitude made the experience even better. His accent, which I learned was from Zimbabwe, added a special touch to the interaction and made me feel even more at home. It’s rare to come across such genuine service, and I felt like he truly cared about making my experience a positive one.

Disappointed with Repeated Mistakes

I’ve ordered from The Meat District at Abu Dhabi International Airport twice now, and both times my orders were missing items. Most recently, on July 25th (Bill #2038), I placed a takeaway order and the Crinkle Cut Fries I paid for were completely missing. What’s worse is that this isn’t the first time — my previous, larger order also had missing items, but I let it go assuming it was just an accident, as I was rushing to catch a flight.

It’s incredibly frustrating to experience the same problem twice from the same branch. It shows a lack of attention to detail and poor quality control. I had high hopes for this place and was looking forward to having a go-to spot during transit flights, but this has really changed my opinion.

I hope the management seriously looks into these recurring issues and works on improving...

Today after noon i have order beef burger combo Extremely disappointed with the experience at Meat District in Abu Dhabi Airport. I requested hot water for my sick child, and shockingly, the manager refused, showing no empathy or basic human decency. His attitude was arrogant and completely unprofessional, which made an already stressful situation worse.

On top of that, the service was very poor—slow, inattentive, and careless. To make matters worse, the tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, and the entire place had an unpleasant smell. For an airport restaurant, this level of hygiene and service is absolutely unacceptable.

I strongly suggest avoiding this restaurant if you're looking for decent service, cleanliness, or even basic kindness. Truly one of the worst dining experiences I've...
