28 Degrees Restaurant at Bab Al Nojoum Hudayriyat — Restaurant in Al Hidayriyyat

Disappointed by the lack of hospitality and misleading breakfast policy at Bab Al Nujoum, Hudayriyat.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights (second time here), and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected.

Despite booking a stay that clearly included breakfast for our family of three (my husband, myself, and our 4-year-old son), we were told at the restaurant that there was no buffet, and each guest could only choose one à la carte item, anything beyond that would be charged, even for a child.

This was never communicated at check-in, and it felt unreasonable and unwelcoming. We’ve never experienced such a rigid and unaccommodating breakfast policy in a supposedly family-friendly hotel. Hospitality and transparency should be standard—sadly, both were lacking here.

Not the experience we hoped...

This was a beautiful little restaurant tucked away in Al Hudariyat, overlooking the sea. Its a spot away from the bustle of the city, with a cozy feel. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast here, while we were staying at the resort. The breakfast buffet spread was really good and came as a package with our resort stay. Special thanks to Zeeshan who went out of his way to make us comfortable.

For lunch and dinner, we had pizza and biryani. The pizza was enjoyable, because the thin crust and toppings were good. The biryani was also surprisingly good. I wasnt hungry but ended up eating quite a bit! The prices are reasonable too, albiet just a little more than some restaurants, but because of the beautiful ambience and the experience it seems worth it to me.

I hope they are consistent with their taste, and i will be visiting...
