Rain Hudayriat — Restaurant in Al Hidayriyyat

I visited the cafe with my 3 hungry young children (1,2 and 4 years) and unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience, we ordered pancakes for the kids and coffee for myself, and despite being informed that it would take 15-20 minutes, I expressed my concern about my hungry children. The staff assured me that I would receive my order within a maximum of 20 minutes.

However, after waiting for 30 minutes, I was informed that the pancakes were "sold out." What made matters worse was the fact that I hadn't even received my coffee, which should have been prepared in just 5 minutes. The staff then claimed it was a misunderstanding and promised that I would receive both my coffee and pancakes within 5 minutes.

Regrettably, I endured an additional 15-minute wait, only to be told that my order would be prepared now. In total, I waited for 50 minutes without receiving any pancakes or coffee. Throughout this frustrating ordeal, the staff simply apologized without offering any explanation for the delay.

I am deeply disappointed by the cafe's lack of communication, disregard for their customers' time, and failure to fulfill their promises. Such poor service and unprofessionalism are unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their operations to prevent such experiences...

I had the pleasure of visiting Rain Coffee Shop in Hudayriat, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance is cozy, the coffee is top-notch, and the overall vibe is perfect for both relaxation and productivity.

A special shoutout to Rafa, who truly made my visit memorable. Her kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism stood out from the moment I walked in. She made sure every detail was taken care of and went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. It's rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and Rafa absolutely delivered it with grace and a warm smile. The assida cake recommended by Rafa was an absolute pleasure.

The vibe of this place is just great! Sitting outdoor on one of their couches, surrounded by plants and having a view of the sea. What more can you ask for! It is such a relaxing place. We have been here now a few times and everytime we are enjoying! It is probably one of the best coffee places in Al Hudayriat. The service is friendly and helpful. During our visits we have had Cascara, which was really tasty. It is made of dried coffee cherries. It is closer to tea than coffee. It has a tangy yet sweet flavour, but not overly sweet. It is just perfectly balanced. It's very refreshing and served cold/iced. We also tried "monsoon", which is a hibiscus tea. And Pink Lemonade. Which was very refreshing, and had rose flavour too. As long as the weather is nice, we are definitely coming again and relax with some drinks outside on...
