A Flavourful Delight at Taj Al Arab - Ajman!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Taj Al Arab - Ajman, and I must say, their Malabar Special Erachi Chatti Chor truly exceeded my expectations!

Ambience: 5/5

The moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was struck by the warm and inviting ambiance they included in a compact area . The décor was elegant, with subtle hints of traditional Indian architecture. The soft lighting and comfortable seating added to the overall charm of the place.

The hospitality at Taj Al Arab - Ajman was exceptional! The staff were courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Our server was particularly helpful, making excellent recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was seamless.

Now, onto the pièce de résistance – the Malabar Special Erachi Chatti Chor! This traditional Kerala dish was cooked to perfection, with tender chunks of Beef cooked in a rich, spicy gravy. The flavors were bold and aromatic, with a beautiful balance of spices. The chatti chor, a type of rice cake, was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, providing a delightful textural contrast to the dish. Especially the sweet & spicy pickle 😘

Taj Al Arab Cafeteria is a solid neighborhood spot if you're looking for a quick bite at an affordable price. While the overall food is average, the sandwiches are absolutely top-notch — fresh, flavorful and generously filled. Easily one of the best places around for budget-friendly sandwiches!

What really stands out is the friendly and quick service. The staff is polite and efficient, even during peak hours.

Hidden gem in Ajman. Their mexicy charcoal is something new in town which tastes like peri peri chicken but i would like to name it as common mans peri peric chicken why because the mindblowing affordable price of Only AED 15 for half chicken. It comes with a very tasty thick mutton soup which is spicy with green chilly, garlic and punch of cinammon. They deserve a lot of appreciation for serving such a decent quality food for cheap price.
