Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Al Maqam

Baskin Robbins is a well known brand for ice cream lovers. It's in maqam near petrol station. It's a dessert palour which serves ice creams and Cakes.

Have been here many times. Today I had strawberry cheesecake with strawberry sauce with was awesome as it's my favorite I take it most of the times. I said them strawberry cheesecake with strawberry sauce and nuts but they forget nuts. Service is good. Place is decent but not suitable for ladies to have there. Clean and hygiene place. Little pricey but worth for the flavours.

On Saturday, June 28, 2025, between 2:30 and 3:00 PM, I was at the Baskin Robbins branch in Al Maqam – Al Ain, and witnessed an employee named Kareem yelling at delivery app workers in a rude and disrespectful manner in front of customers.

This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I kindly request that proper action be taken.
