Worst experience with their attitude and delivery process. I've ordered their beef pulao for the first time. The taste was awesome but they didn't provide Nali (bone) even I've paid 5dhs extra for delivery charges. Second time, I've ordered the same, they made me wait for 1 n half hour just for Nali (bone) even when I've asked to pay extra for bone. Third time, I've ordered 1kg pulao, they provided empty nali (bone) while on complaining, they said they didn't check at the time of delivering and in the next order they will check. Then last night, again I've ordered, they made me wait for so long like almost 2hrs n then said that delivery guy is unavailable plus when you placed an order, at the time of delivery 2,3 random numbers text you like how are you guys running this setup? Just felt like we are ordering...
