Decent Ambiance, Room for Improvement in Food

We decided to have dinner at Sardina Seafood Restaurant after seeing numerous recommendations in a Facebook group. The restaurant has a spacious setup with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, a small kids’ play area, and even an extension serving shawarma. Free parking is also conveniently available.

We ordered the fried red snapper, grilled sea bass, and seafood soup. While the ambiance and facilities were nice, the food didn’t quite meet our expectations. The fried red snapper lacked flavor and tasted plain, while the grilled sea bass was slightly better. The seafood soup was just average compared to similar dishes we’ve tried at other restaurants in Al Ain.

A Seafood Gem in Al Ain. Very reasonable priced food for fine dining and excellent service. Neat and tidy sparkling indoor seating area with fresh displayed fish. We were a party of 4 adults and kids. We ordered for kids fried calamari, shrimps and dynamite shrimps, hot plate barbecue shrimps, salads and French fries. Adults had Oven baked sea bass and lemon Sea bream which were perfectly cooked. Salad spread was vast with multiple options each with unique taste and freshness. The ambience reminded me of a fish shack by the beach and such fine dining places are are very rare to find in any city in UAE.
