DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PATIENCE WITH THIS RESTAURANT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AS IF THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED. YOU ORDER, SO YOU SUFFER. ORDERED AFTER A VERY LONG TIME FROM THIS PLACE AFTER MY PREVIOUS BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE SAME PLACE. BUT IT WAS MY MISTAKE ASSUMIMG THAT THE RESTAURANT MUST HAVE IMPROVED. MY LOCATION FROM THE RESTAURANT IS DRIVE OF 10 TO 15 MINUTES BUT STILL RESTAURANT CONFIRMED THAT MY OREDER WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 35 MINUTES. THIS WAS A FALSE COMMITMENT FROM THE RESTAURANT EVEN THOUGH I ASKED REPEATEDLY ON THE DELIVERY TIME. BUT TO MY ORDEAL, THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO ME AFTER ONE AND HALF HOUR. DURIKG THIS PERIOD I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES, I GUESS 8 TO 10 TIMES BUT THE RESTAURANT HAD EXCUSES, MOST OF THE TIME THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO MY CALL, IDENTIFYING MY CELL PHONE NUMBER. FINALLY WHEN THE DELIVERY PERSON ARRIVED WITH THE ORDER, TO MY SURPRISE THE RESTAURANT CHARGED ME FOR HOME DELIVERY, WHICH IN FACT WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF DISTRESS. THE DELIVERY PERSON TOLD ME THAT THERE WER LOTS OF DELIVERY HENCE THE DELAY. SUCH AN AUDACITY THE RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT HAS, TO CHARGE THE CUSTOMER FOR HOME DELIVERY, WHEN THE DELIVERY ITSELF IS LATE. NEVER EVER GOING TO ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT, THERE ARE FAR BETTER OPTIONS IN AJMAN FOR MANDI. NOT TO FORGET, PRICES TOO FOR THIS RESTAURANT ARE HIGHER COMPARED TO OTHER MANDI...

Liar and Mannerless. These are the words i have to say for the management of this restaurant. Ordered food at 4.30 pm but received the same late at 6.00 pm. During this time i called up the restaurant twice for follow up and both the times the staff asked me if am sure that the food had not been delivered. How pathetic is this? Are they joking with the customer? Why would i follow up if order was received. When the food finally arrived, the delivery guy told me he did jot delay the order but it was the restaurant itself that ho had handed him the food late. He also told me that it took him only 7 mins to deliver my order whereas i waited from 4.30 pm till 6.00 pm. The delivery guy also said that this is the usual behavior of the management with delivery orders and that many other customers as well had raised complaints. Frankly this review doesnt deserve 1 star rating either. Absolutely pathetic service and attitude of the staff on call. By the time I received the delivery, the food was already cold. My suggestion for all, please order food from this restaurant at your own risk and patience. Not professional at all, neither did the staff on call apologized for the delay....
