Terrible experience. Ordered through talabat, waited 1 hour and 20 minutes (the shop is only 20 minutes away). When I called them, they told me the driver already left and will arrive in 15-20 minutes. That time passed and when I went to cancel my order through talabat, the shop tells the talabat representative that the driver arrived, when they did not call me or ring the doorbell.
