Saiko Sushi & Sliders Restaurant - Abu Dhabi — Restaurant in Al Shahamah

I have been a regular customer of Saiko Sushi & Sliders, but after today’s experience, I am highly disappointed. I placed an order through Talabat and waited 45 minutes, only for it to be canceled without any explanation. No call, no apology—just left waiting for a dinner that never arrived.

To make matters worse, I had used a bank discount voucher, which I can no longer use because of this cancellation. Not only did I waste my time, but I also lost my voucher, which is extremely frustrating.

This is completely unacceptable for a restaurant that I’ve trusted multiple times. If there was an issue with the order, at the very least, a notification or an alternative solution should have been provided. A restaurant’s reliability matters just as much as its food, and unfortunately, this experience has ruined my trust.

I hope Saiko Sushi & Sliders improves its service because this level of disregard for customers...
