Long waiting to get food. The thing i felt horrible was that when i ordered a chemeen mango curry they brought half cooked chemeen in fish mango curry . I dnt take fish and i dnt like the taste of fish curry. So i could easily make out that they cheated me by putting chemeen in fish curry after taking away the fish pieces. But it still contained small pieces of fish with fish bone. My whole appetite & mood was gone after that. He didn’t have a pleasant demeanor and seemed more engaged in conversation with another staff member while taking my order.
When I asked for suggestions about the different types of charcoal dishes, he responded without proper clarification and lacked basic manners.
As customers, we come to places like this to enjoy quality time with our families, and such behavior from staff can negatively impact our experience — and ultimately your business. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training in customer service...
