I told someone that I visited one Afghani restaurant but it was not easy to get something to eat because there was no menu and nobody was speaking English. He told me: go to the Kabul Bukhari Rice - So I went there for dinner. I had a very simple menu with service (soup, salad, maindish, vinegar sauce). And it was GOOOOD.
I chose a bukhari rice dish with chicken which is actually aĀ Saudi Arabian speciality. The dish which has its origin in Afghanistan is usually served with the perfectly cooked roast chicken. Bukhari riceĀ is fragrantĀ riceĀ loaded with flavours and spices, raisins. I have enjoyed the meal and not even could I finish it, it was a fully loaded plate. What I particularly liked: They carefully packed my leftovers.
I will come back for more afghani food...

While we were at the counter paying we saw small rats walking behind, nearby the kitchen! The place needs to be looked over, cleaned and investigated. One could get diseases due to such POOR hygiene and cleanliness.
I helped myself not to freak out since I saw that and I am hoping none of my group get sick because we ate there.
