Very bad experience! Today, I ordered delivery from this restaurant through Careem at 6 PM. I was fasting, so this was supposed to be my iftar. By 7 PM, the delivery guy still hadn’t even reached the restaurant. I called, and the driver told me that he’s on the way. When the delivery guy finally arrived, I was shocked to find out that the restaurant hadn’t even prepared my order! They took my money and made me wait for an hour and a half, only to realize they never made my food. I called the restaurant multiple times, and another person answered, telling me they had put the wrong number on the application. I was soooooo disappointed with how the food quality deteriorated compared to the past few years I got the special mix grill and shawarma plate The garlic paste doesnt tase like garlic at all The arayis bread was sooooooo soggy and the meat itself was like rubber, it shows that it wasn't fresh The kafta and lamb chops are not just cold, they were inedible (very dry and had to chew) Even the Pickles were sooooo salty you can't eat it
