I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Despite spending a significant amount of money, the overall service did not meet expectations. The air conditioning in the rooms, lobby, and even the restaurant was extremely weak, making it uncomfortable throughout the stay—especially in a warm climate where reliable cooling is essential.
