A Magical Evening at Hidden CafĂ© – Desert Gem I recently ventured out to Hidden CafĂ© in the desert near Al Marmoom Heritage Village with a group of friends—and what an enchanting evening it was! Tucked away in the golden dunes, this boho-chic pop‑up is a true oasis far from the city's bustle . From the moment we arrived—around 4 PM—the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Earthy rope‑deck chairs, plush bean bags, rattan sofas, and cozy campfires created the perfect laid-back vibe . As the sun dipped behind the dunes, we gathered around a fire pit, sipping hot chocolate topped with marshmallows and flavorful coffees, all while enjoying a breathtaking sunset unfold over endless sand . One of the highlights was the striking mirrored hut—a dazzling photo opportunity that beautifully reflects the desert landscape and adds a magical touch to the setting . We also indulged in gourmet snacks: juicy burgers, sweet potato fries, decadent brownies and tiramisu—each dish was delicious and well‑presented . Service was friendly and attentive, and despite being off‑grid, access was straightforward via a smooth unpaved road—no SUV needed . The desert location added a special charm, offering both tranquility and adventure under the starry sky. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a unique, cozy desert escape with friends, great food, warm ambiance, and unforgettable views—Hidden CafĂ© is a must-visit. We left with full hearts (and full bellies!) and can’t wait to return.

It was magical time there specially in such a great weather in dubai it perfect still newly opened the concept is very nice the view and the sky were magnificent and the coffee and the desserts there were delicious đŸ€€ really but they need some improvement so the visit will be out of this world specially in dubai i think not many people doing the same concept in sharjah too many but dubai no They need to improve the lighting in the middle because in some areas so dark you can’t see Specially in your way to bathroom i could see and it was unclear for me how to go there and dark Also when you are going to the place there is mo sign đŸȘ§ to let you know you should go from here and also no lights And i have a great suggestion they need a food menu because the place is somehow far from the dubai for example form jvc it’s like 40 minutes drive so if I’m coming from downtown or even from another emirate i need something to eat other than the desserts only don’t get me wrong the desserts are perfect specially the eclair 😍😍 but those adds will make it more perfect Overall totally recommended specially now in this weather

I would give this place 5 star if it was only for the atmosphere, but unfortunately the staff is so bad that it deserves a 1. I went there few times, and the service has always been very slow, you need to wait 40min to 1h for a coffee or a drink. Also placing the order is difficult, because if you’re not seated they don’t take the order, and the waiting before the waiter arrives is insane. Furthermore, I went there with a small camera to take some pictures since the location is amazing, and one of the waiters asked me if I had permissions from governament and that they would allow me & my friends to have 20 minutes to take the pictures before they called security, and that after 20 min we could just go to the dunes. Which is ironic, considering that there were so many people with cameras, but they only told us. The staff was very impolite and rude to us, considering we were also consuming food and beverage. It’s a pity because the location is a 10/10 and also the atmosphere once you have the fireplace, but honestly this place deserves a better service and staff.

Highly NOT recommended!!! Awful place, disgusting service and such huge disappointment. My friend and I have visited this place on 30th Nov around 6-7pm. We have found available table, take our order and took a sit. We had all our food on OUR table, we decided to take a walk to take some photos literally 2 min, when we came back our table with all our food has DISAPPEARED. It’s was impossible to find anyone to ask for help, no one paid attention when we tried to call staff. When we finally talked to someone, who keep saying I HAVE NO IDEA I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPED, then we were left alone without answer for another 15 MINUTES!!! Until we messaged to the manager, only then 5 supervisors came and were surrounding us BUT NOT HELPING AT ALL, also manager has done nothing. Our food was brought back renewed, that’s all, manager keep saying YOURE SO HELPING OUR BUSINESS, no problem was solved, so awful, I came there not TO HELP THEIR BUSINESS, I came to enjoy after long business week to meet nothing but ignorance and just words, no actions. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, never will come again and do not recommend to visit. Everything so disorganized, staff is useless and slow, all they answer all the time I don’t know it’s not my job it’s someone’s job. We found the guy who threw away our stuff, including iqos sticks which were not found and no replaced, no complimentary NOTHING. We pointed out this guy and all we hear it was yes I’m the one who threw away everything and took your table, from manager he just said that the guy lost his job, no sorry no nothing. Don’t believe that manager will help you or any staff, you’ll be left out with your own problems surrounded by the bunch of EXTREMELY unprofessional...

At first glance, HIDDEN Cafe in Dubai impresses with its exceptional ambiance and stunning location – both of which I would undoubtedly rate 10/10. Unfortunately, our visit was overshadowed by extremely unprofessional and disappointing behavior from the staff, which I have never experienced before.

We arrived at the cafe around 4 PM, ordered drinks like everyone else, and paid for them immediately. After receiving our drinks, we left 1-2 personal belongings on our table while we went to take a few photos on the dunes and in front of the iconic mirror counter – just as many other visitors were doing. However, when we returned, we were shocked to find that our table had been given away to other guests.

When I addressed the waiter about this, he initially went to speak with a colleague and then returned to inform us that he had thrown away our personal belongings and removed our drinks. His reasoning was that he thought the table belonged to two other guests who had left.

When we asked for a refund for our drinks or to be assigned a new table, the waiter told us that he did not have the authority to allocate us a new table. Instead, he asked us to rejoin the queue, which at that point had a considerable waiting time.

This behavior from the staff is absolutely unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for guests. Throwing away personal belongings, removing drinks, and then offering no resolution is, in my opinion, outrageous and deeply disappointing.

I sincerely hope the management takes this incident seriously and implements measures to ensure that such situations do not happen...
