I have been traveling via Dubai since the last 6 years. I usually stay in the Terminal 2. I use to visit Jones the Grocer Express place for every time for any meal I was taking, no metter lunch, breakfast or dinner. I liked the place since the first time, when I had my meal here. The workers were very polite and passionate. Customers also could charge their phones after long trip. However, this time a man named Nirwal totally changed my view about this place. I ordered first sandwich with another lady, later when I came to him he even did not want to listen to my beverage request, I asked for tea or drink he just showed with his face that I need to go somewhere and order. Later he turned his back and got busy with something else. I just had my sandwich without drink and without any seat. He even didn't bother if I have space or not. I wanted to charge my phone since everywhere were busy and I had 0 charge on my phone. I tried to use the plugs in order to charge my phone, however most of them didn't work. Finally i found one, but he came, and told me that there were not a space to plug my phone. He send me somewhere where I could not charge my phone. Later, I came with a tea, where people nice served me, I found an empty space and put on charge my phone. Nirwal again came to me, and send me away in a very rude maner. Dear Manager of Jones Grocer Express, I hope you value my feedback. Please kindly train the Mr.Nirwal since I will never come close to this place after 6 years of...
