Very disappointing experience with their cake ordering service. I confirmed my order twice via WhatsApp, providing all the necessary details about the design and flavor. Despite this, the person handling the order failed to proceed and later blamed me, using the excuse that I didn’t confirm delivery or pickup—even though I clearly said I would get back to her. Even if there was a delay on my end, she could have called to double-check, but instead chose to ignore the order entirely and cancel it without informing me.

One time, he waited until 8:10 and was finally let in, but none of the equipment was working. They told him to wait 5–10 minutes. After 10 minutes, they said it would take another 10 minutes—meaning they had lied the first time. In the end, he never got his coffee and was late for work.
If your posted hours say 8:00 AM, then the café should be open at 8:00 AM sharp! And if you claim to serve coffee from 8 AM, I should be able to get my coffee at 8:00, not 8:20 or 8:30!
