KFC — Restaurant in Dubai

Worst service in this branch the front line staff is rude and not helpful to customers. Today is our first time we dine-in this branch. We are living in Town Square and the experienced that we get from the staff is we must say its very bad to put this kind of staff in the front line. First of all as i mentioned our first time in the branch and using the kiosk machine was first to us we observe also with other customers facing difficulties on placing the orders. The staff named cherry!!! Was not at all be in that position to help the customers, i even apologize her for not getting properly our order thru kiosk same like others.. So so we asked her helped and she did by herself without even asking if we need anything else.. she then placed our order quickly without reviewing since my husband felt that shes not helpful and not happy to help us my husband ordered the same like mine we feel embarased because shes like showing that we doesnt know how to use the kiosk.. unfortunately the other customers was facing the same.. anyway we wanted to have some more but since we felt bad about her service we kept quite and finished our order.. While eating our food we are not happy at all we just ate because wer too hungry that time but are completely dissapointed. While eating outside the same staff cherry was bassing out the other tables and chairs then shes using her FEET with LOUD sounds arranging those which is not correct at all.. Shes dusturbing people eating outside doing this kind of attitude..really she complety annoyed us!! Afterwards i asked my husband to ask some ketchup inside, but then she showed her unfrofessional attitude again giving ketchup to my husband without paying attention and facing the other side while handling over the ketchup.. This kind of service ruin our nigth and A very bad Impact with the customer service of KFC... The supervisor apologize us when we asked the no.of KFC and we asked about the name of staff... this lady cherry was not even bothered to know whats happening since i asked her the helpline anf she said she doesnt know!!! That is not acceptable at all!!! A very bad experienced and never ever we will come back to that branch... She must be working not in the frontline if she cannot able to assist customers properly!

Absolutely awful service from nshama branch of KFC. Ordered the 8 piece box and they didnt give me the standard pieces. Instead snuck in 3 tiny wings at the bottom of the bucket, which we didnt see until we got to the bottom. The bucket didnt include any legs or breast. When i called to complain, the lady at customer services said she will replace with the 8 pieces i should have gotten (one breast, 2 thighs, 2 legs, 2 wings etc) and to wait for a call from nshama branch. I then spoke to the branch manager. She refused to honour the agreement. I was blamed for eating the pieces i had eaten and was told i would get replacement for the 3 pieces we had left which i would have to return. After much more complaining was told i would get 5 pieces as compensation and no need to return, and received what i thought was a genuine apology. I then received the following pieces... as shown in the picture. Looks like the leg pieces all had been thrown around as the skin was all coming off, the box was so soggy it broke after i took it out for the picture. I didnt trust the freshness of these pieces. Unfortunately it will have to be thrown away. Definitely will not be ordering from this branch again. Absolutely appalled by the customer service and...

the staff is rude and unprofessional. there is noone at the counter always. they make people wait a long time while they call someone at the counter. the sandwiches and zingers taste fine but the chicken is absolutely horrible. chicken tastes like rubber. like as if it was from two days ago and they saved it up and heated it and gave it. kfc chicken is supposed to taste nice but this was absolutely horrifying. never going here ever again. i have bought from this place more than 4 times and all the times my experience has been very bad. KFC PLEASE SACK THE CURRENT EMPLOYEES AND MAKE SURE BASIC HYGIENE IS BEING TAKEN CARE OF; MAKE SURE THE CHICKEN WE ARE BEING GIVEN IS FRESH AND DOES NOT TASTE LIKE RUBBER. i had to throw the entire chicken into the dustbin. never visiting this garbage place every again. theres hardees nearby and i have heard it much much better so i will be going there. to the readers: KFC Al Fahidi Branch (khaleej centre) is a million times better than this kfc and it is probably the best kfc branch thats in the UAE. the chicken over there tastes amazing and the staff is also polite...
