Noma restaurant & Cafe - Nad Al Sheba — Restaurant in Dubai

Shocked at the waitress “Nadine” who refused to let me choose a bigger table since i have my laptop and ordered breakfast! When I asked her this small table you made me sit on will not fit my stuff and the food when you serve it. Her response was: “ you have to eat first then we remove the food and then you can use your laptop” i find that hilarious as i believe she is maybe a new staff or something but she definitely ruined my whole experience as this was my first visit to this place. I left right a way and i felt there is no respect to the customers nor sense in the people who are hired! Specially that the place was empty with hardly 2 or 3 customers. When i asked her how come i can see other people sitting alone on bigger tables same like what i want, she answered saying that they came early and that she was not working that time! What a horrible customer experience...

Noma is a fantastic spot with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy good food and drinks. Tried Noma for a late lunch and had the vegetable sandwich and ended with a surprise celebration San sebastian and flat white (oat milk). Sandwich had soft grilled veggies & was perfectly seasoned and the fresh bread pulled it all together. The cake was delicious and not too sweet and you could taste the fresh cheese in it. Coffee was 5 stars in terms of the milk brand used and the pairing of the coffee beans acidity!
