Parker's Marmoom — Restaurant in Dubai

I recently visited Parker’s Marmoon with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing.

Food Quality: The food was served extremely cold, which is not only unacceptable but also unsafe, especially for children. We ordered the truffle scrambled eggs, and the truffle was of very poor quality, with a dry and unappetizing texture. Additionally, the feta shakshuka was missing bread, which was overlooked by the staff.

Service: The service was painfully slow. Despite arriving at 3 PM—a non-busy time—it took 30 minutes just for the staff to clean our table. After that, we waited over an hour for our food to arrive. Such delays are simply unacceptable, especially when the restaurant was almost empty.

Cleanliness: When we arrived, our table was not cleaned, and it took an unreasonable amount of time for the staff to address this issue. The overall hygiene of the space did not meet expectations.

Facilities: The toilets were not functioning, and the smell was unbearable. This reflects poorly on the management’s attention to basic maintenance and hygiene standards.

Pricing: The pricing is exorbitant for the experience provided. Charging AED 31 for a simple tea bag is absurd and unjustifiable.

Staff Performance: While Syed attended to us, the service was marred by mistakes, including the missing bread and cold food.

Overall Impression: This visit was far below acceptable standards for both food and service. Cold food, slow service, poor hygiene, and malfunctioning facilities are inexcusable, especially given the premium pricing. I strongly advise avoiding this place until significant...
