This is to express our disappointment with one of your restaurant regarding poor service & unprofessional attitude with the valuable customers like us.
I am a regular customer of your restaurant which is located in Jabal Ali EPCO 24 (Patrol pump), Actually myself & my 8-10 professional seniors & colleagues working with emirates flight catering company branch in jabal ali here, has been ordering from this restaurant since last 1 year or more than that (every month minimum 20 times) and each order is above 100 AED.
tonight we called for some 5-6 juices around 11:30 PM and requested him to just put 1 Mojito (12 AED) in two cups but his words were more painful or harsh than a sword saying that we cannot do it because it costs us extra. they must understand or accept the customer requests & favors on a priority basis, since we are your regular customers and Moreover this is not right way how they are treating customer in this generation where everybody have several option available but we are still bound to go there just because of food quality or may be we don't have nearby another restaurant.
We have been complaining regarding the staff behavior for a long time but there is no improvement and moreover they don't want any changes in their negative attitude too. We have no issue with the food quality but its very sad to say that your staff service is pathetic & very poor who are completely unprofessional.. I ordered from here Falafel wrap and they put spoiled fries inside when I told that it’s cold and tasteless the person took it back to make some changes and imagine what they did ?? They just made it hot in the microwave and gave me back. I consumed it but from that time I am not feeling well my stomach is upset…. However it was not very expensive but still it is giving bad affect on my health. If anything wrong happens to me I will definitely file a complaint in Consumer and Dubai Municipality to take some legal actions. Just had a terrible experience at our regular spot in Jebel Ali. Ordered our usual spicy shawarma but instead of the normal spicy sauce we love, they stuffed it with what felt like 10 whole chilies. Every bite was packed with raw chili pieces.
When we raised it with them, they brushed us off saying “we always add chili.” We’ve been eating here for 5–6 months and it’s never been like this. No refund, no compensation just an argument and a dismissive “leave if you want.”
This is unacceptable customer service. Management needs to address how their staff treats...
