SALT DXBike — Restaurant in Dubai

I’ll start by saying we’ve been to Salt at Kyte Beach many times and never had an issue - however the branch at DXBike is beyond bad and today we experienced the worst service we’ve ever had in Dubai. After ordering we waited 30 minutes for the order to be prepared, when it was finally ready the order was incorrect…..we pointed this out and was told abruptly that they’d ran out of what we’d ordered and so they couldn’t fulfil the order. We now had half an order so I asked for a refund so we could go eat elsewhere - the lady serving me just turned and went into the back and ignored me, after standing around for a further 10 minutes I went round the back and ended up having an argument with 2 staff members who were terribly rude and tried to blame my wife for the whole mess.

Eventually we got our refund but we’ll never go back.

Tried SALT at DXBike for the first time and it did not disappoint! The burger was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly grilled—definitely lived up to the hype. I had a wonderful experience at salt thanks to their amazing waiter Chouaid. From the moment we sat down, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home.
