We come here to have coffee twice a week. Tasty coffee and good service. There is only one unpleasant thing here and it’s market trolley noises. (We understand workers doing their job, just wanted to mention if you are planing to sit in outside)

the staff emplyee TSHERING is so extremely rude, me and my friends were sitting in starbucks and she came up to us and said if your having a drink from somewhere else then why are you here why don’t you go sit somewhere else, we said we are going to clean it and we will leave no mess, she said people “like us” always leave mess and she’s left to clean it up, she left and came back and made a joke of “next time bring a maid with you to clean up after you” so so so rude i really think they just hire anyone....

Today, I visited to drink americano. It was a tall Americano, but it tasted too bitter. When I asked him(in cashier) to check what the coffee beans were like, he said it was normal one, and gave me an absurd answer to add milk if it was too bitter. I ordered a americano, and it's absurd how a coffee expert can tell me to add milk if it taste bitter. Even he didn't seem to know it was a ridiculous answer.

I want you to check the taste of coffee beans...

I was been asked for medium coffee without telling that there are extra 4aed i ordered 3 sets of coffee and when I asked my receipt I have 12 aed extra charges for each coffee, I have advise him why you didn’t informed me for extra cost of this, they should atleast give us a heads up 🆙 for any extra charges and rudeness overload at meadows souk Starbucks early grid for bad day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His name is Nasir...
