An outstanding experience. 5 star dining experience. Compliments to Head Chef Muchie for delivering an exceptional culinary experience, coupled with an exemplary service from his team. This place is set in an idyllic location, away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai. It is situated within what can best be described as a beautiful garden oasis and surrounded by majestic tall trees and leafy lusciousness all of which contribute to this being a special and serene place. The ambiance is incredible and it really does take you back to the simple serenity of nature. It is a tranquil and almost magical place and this is apparent from the moment you arrive there. We initially ordered a couple of their signature juice drinks and were pleasantly surprised when these arrived within fresh cut fruit - one within the body of a pineapple and the other within the body of a melon! What great novel idea. The presentation of these drinks was really awesome and they tasted really great. For starters, we then moved on to the Chef's Special which was tuna croquettes as well as the chicken soup and farm dippers (which is similar to nachos). All were fabulous. The soup was smooth, silky and complemented with nicely cut chicken cutlets and infused with aromatic flavours which made this very yummy indeed. The Chef's Special of tuna croquettes was outstanding. Delicious fresh tuna nestled within soft golden balls of delight and served with a couple of sauces, we would highly recommend these. A great start. We then moved on to the main course and went for the cod with salad and also the signature Chateaubriand premium steak. Oh my goodness, the steak was incredible. Perfectly cooked to a well done degree, it was joyfully soft, tender and mouth-wateringly delicious. Each bite was a delight to eat. The quality of the steak really stood out and it's easy to see why this is one of their premium dishes. Highly recommended. My fellow diner opted for the cod and loved it. Soon after, we also tried a strawberry milkshake which was perfectly crafted. We then moved on to desserts where we went for the chocolate sphere and also the "treats for two". What a perfect way to finish of a superb meal. The chocolate sphere is draped in fresh warm chocolate and is just as good as it looks. The "treats for two" platter is expertly presented and provides a choice of delectable delights. I loved the tiramisu and chocolate treats along with the cute cheesecakes and the chocolate crunch drizzled across the palate complimented each dessert perfectly. These are without a doubt irresistible desserts which will please any connoisseur. Finally, we finished up with a couple of hot drinks which provided the perfect finish to an incredible, 5 star dining experience. We personally extended our thanks and compliments to Head Chef Muchie for delivering such an exceptional culinary experience for us. He outdid himself on this occasion and set a gold standard for food and service. We think that he deserves a Michelin star! It really was outstanding in every respect and very much exceeded our expectations. Thanks also to the rest of the team, including Sean the waiter who was very helpful throughout the evening and served us with expert timing and precision and always with a friendly smile.
