The real reason I decided to post after being a patron for so long is to give recognition to the staff. The other day I witnessed a woman thoroughly harassing the employees on a very busy day. This branch can get a line going in the mornings and I think the issue was over lettus on a sandwich... she proceeded to scream at the employees and threatened them.
Now... if you have never worked In the service industry you will never understand how stressful it can be to have a line out the door, have 2-3 staff members and then have an entitled woman proceed to scream at you, threaten to call the cops and also preventing the line from progressing.
Threatening to take someone's lively hood away is extreme for the circumstances. Maybe that one lady wont be a patron anymore but the rest of the neighborhood will still be there and we love the staff and our relaxed morning...
Read moreThis is a big surprise for me as I have been ordering from Tim many times before. Tuscan sandwich is famous with its filling and now I received almost nothing inside, plus to that the sandwich is much smaller. I also had to pay 6 dirhams additional for tomato, cucumber, lettuce. 2 dirhams for each tiny slice, seriously? Total the sandwich cost me 27 aed, for a tiny little thing.
Defenetly never again, anything I order the cashier is asking me if I want this or that to it, all comes as an additional pay. Wasn't like this...

Not the place to work from (Power socket is not working, internet not stable, worst customer service).I ordered one piece of donut with one drink, waited for 10 mins, nothing was prepared. I am not sure how such employees are hired. The most interesting part is that when i requested to cancel my order, they couldn’t find the bill, they didn’t get my money back. So, no food, no drink and no money. The 1st time it happens to me in Dubai. Let’s see if somebody will see this...
