Zero Stars – Horrible Experience!

This place used to be Zahrat Al Arab , now renamed to Koyas – but nothing has improved. I ordered fresh charcoal chicken and what I got was a complete disaster. They served me burned and stale chicken that was clearly reheated – not fresh at all. To make it worse, they had the audacity to call it “special charcoal chicken” and charged me 28 AED for just half a portion! Total waste of money. Absolutely unacceptable. Never coming back here again and would not recommend...

Food is good. Always serves hot and fresh but inconsistent when it comes to taste. I have been served with salty tasting Beef Chili or blant tasting masala sauce and or sometimes it does not have curry leaves like they usually serve.
