So i’ve actually reviewed this place before approximately a year ago and i gave it 5 stars as i’ve been visiting this place since early 2022 and its been my favorite cafe for me and my friends to study at as university students, but the recent changes in rules and how the staff has been treating us is genuinely disgusting and completely unfair especially knowing that we're students? we come here usually every day for a month every 2 months and almost each one of us orders every day, we used to call ahead and book the table that we want and we would come everytime, now apparently if we want to book the table in advance it’s a 30 dirham charge which you know what i can somewhat understand, the manager comes up to us now and informs us of a supposedly new rule, that we have to order every hour? are u serious? we’ve been supporting this business every day for the better part of 4 years and no cafe that is not absolutely ridiculous expects us to order every hour? that absolutely horrendous behavior and is just exploiting the customer which is a shame since we used to love this place and to be treated like this and to have these supposedly “new rules” is absolutely ridiculous.
