I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bosporus, and I must say—what an incredible experience! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that set the tone for what turned out to be one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Let me start with the food—oh, the food! Every dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors that delighted my taste buds. The ingredients were fresh, the quality was top-notch, and the care put into every plate was evident. Whether it was a simple appetizer or a more elaborate main course, everything was cooked to absolute perfection. But great food alone doesn’t make a restaurant exceptional—it’s the cleanliness, the atmosphere, and most importantly, the people. Bosporus takes cleanliness seriously, maintaining a spotless and well-organized environment that makes dining there feel comfortable and reassuring. And then there’s the staff Ahmad , Orwa , and Saeed were fantastic, providing service with a level of etiquette and professionalism that’s rare to find these days. They were attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure every need was met with a smile. There was a fourth staff member who was equally amazing, but unfortunately, he was not here today I forgot his name—though his kindness and politeness certainly didn’t go unnoticed. Bosporus is one of our favorite special restaurants to go to, and we have always loved the quality of every dish we have ever tried. When family comes to visit, we have to take them here because they never disappoint. I am finally writing a review because I have tried a new branch of Bosporus that has been my favorite experience at any Bosporus, the restaurant located in Al Jaada. I highly recommend visiting this branch. The ambiance is excellent off of a beautiful street, lively yet relaxing. The restaurant is big and spacious and elegant and they have outdoor seating among the greenery along the walking path. What made our experience over the top was the service. All the staff were attentive, friendly and happy. I can feel the cohesiveness of the staff, and I felt everyone is in a great mood (the great weather helps of course). I especially want to give a good review for my waitress Yolanda who was attentive, cheerful and thoughtful. She is an excellent waitress.
