Burger King — Restaurant in Arun

Pretty sure this is the worst Burger King I have ever visited.... in any country. Dirty, slow, unfriendly, disorganised, disinterested, disappointing. Food on the floor under the tables, bits of food and sauce and mess on the tables, all the tables dirty, all the bins overflowing and piled up on top. Still, I didn't come for the decor... it's about the food.... mmmmnnn... After you order on the self service screen you get a ticket with your order number. They have a screen next to the counter where your order number shows. It starts on the "Preparing food" side (fine) so you wait (approx 10 mins, maybe a bit more)... then your order number moves to the "Order ready" side (makes sense). So you go to the counter to collect your food. No it's not ready, we haven't done it yet. .... ok... but the screen says "Order ready". Yeah well, it's not! Alright... what's the point of the screen? Don't know... we don't work off that... I'll call you when it's ready. Another 10 mins, get the call, collect food... it's cold and .... just disappointing. Small, squashed, sad, soggy Burger with very few cold chips. Don't get me wrong, I understand it's junk food, and I've eaten at hundreds of Burger King (my favourite burger joint), over many years in many different countries, and I rarely bother to do reviews.... but this particular BK place was so outstandingly poor that I felt compelled to say so. Thankfully, it is the exception and not the rule. Maybe they were short staffed or just having a bad day, but a throughly unpleasant experience, that made me regret stopping there and wasting my time and money. It made me wish I'd gone to McDonald's... yup......

We came to check after bad reviews with my friends. Staff was happy and welcome. We ordered 2 times Whooper and 2 cheesburgers plus 4 fries for 9 pounds ,from the promotion leaflets someone gave us inside. Whooper was warm and very nice (not expecting this) cheesburgers was crap as always, but when I asked for my receipt they just run out of the paper so I cannot have my free Whooper plus regular drink and fries for 2.50 so instead they gave me a loads of leaflets with promotional codes. If you order over there always check if your food is OK and warm otherwise ask for replacement this what I am doing everywhere. Higiene is poor and this morning they had a message that mashing is broken and they cannot serve any Beef only chicken hmm.... so I ordered Chicken royal which was nice sizzling hot and King fish sandwich and this one was awful plus they put bloody fish fingers inside ( if I want fish fingers I will go Iceland and buy fish fingers. Overall 4 stars because of guys was nice and gave us loads...

Was going to try again has been a couple of years or more now. As was over that way parked and was going to go in and order but decided againest it and went to Uncle Sam's. As the last time we found a long 💇 in the 🍔 that put us off. My son got up and looked at the hygiene sticker on the door then and it was a 2 out of 5. There was also something wrong with mine I cannot for the life of me remember what but the two young people behind the counter Did not seem to care at all about the customers and chatted away until it reached home time. I understand it's not the most exciting job in the world as I had worked in a Wimpy when young for a year or so. These sort of things stick in your mind and how ever hungry you might end up its better to wait and get something that does not turn your stomach and you throw away anyway. I would check the hygiene sticker on the 🚪 if I was you hopefully it's improved as the staff are more customer friendly. I would not recommend this burger king from my...
