We have spent a brilliant morning at The Play Cafe. It is a wonderful space for children to play while you can enjoy your food and drink, at the same time as keeping an eye on them easily. My almost 2year old didn't want to leave, he loved all the toys. We ordered some lunch at 11.30am which came promptly and was really well presented and tasted great. The menu is reasonably priced and with no charge for the play element it makes a visit there even more attractive. We will definitely be returning soon! Myself, husband and 2 year old daughter came and visited the play cafe this morning. We had a lovely welcoming from the front of house team and the cook. Very friendly and helpful, it was our first time visiting. The play area is a great size and my daughter enjoyed exploring. The great thing is the play area had NO additional cost unlike others I've been too. The food and drink is well priced and portion sizes are great. Our food was really tasty, no complaints. First time here today, absolutely amazing welcome very friendly, first off the coffee was remarkable, I had an americano my wife a latte and unlike other over priced pretentious establishments you could still taste the coffee, so if you love coffee do not miss this place. So there's plenty to do tables comfy sofa corners with books for reading activities for kids, the food looks amazing and so fairly priced.
