Absolutely disgusting! Poor customer service greated by a extremely rude front desk staff member! The room is disgusting! Net curtain rail hanging down half hearted! TV wonky on the wall the lights on the bed don't touch the lights on the bed made crackling noises! Very smelly room! Felt and smelt awful India curry smell! The beds are extremely stiff! DON'T EXPECT A HOT SHOWER IN THE MORNING RAN FOR AGES STILL ENDED UP WITH A COLD SHOWR!!Our friends stayed in another room which was actually missing things in there rooms! Worst place I've stayed in! Not even cheap £120 per a night! You think this is bad we ordered 3 cokes and 1 pint came to 28 pounds! My partner and I are staying in the area for the weekend. We ordered from the Raja and payed over the phone after asking for delivery, they took payment and said yes to delivering telling us it would be with us in 25 minutes (staying 5min drive away). An hour and a half later we call back asking where our delivery is, we were told that they do not deliver and that we should collect. We explained that we were told they would deliver and the man who took our order asked for our address (why would you take address and bank details over the phone if you don’t deliver). After reading recent reviews I was sceptical, such a shame people feel the need to criticise so badly. The service was absolutely fine, I must admit when I booked the person was very short on the phone but maybe that’s their way! Shortly after being seated we were asked if we’d like drinks, shortly after offered popadoms and then our order was taken. We didn’t wait long for our food.
