Food Stop — Restaurant in Basildon

Am a regular customer and order all the time ordered on the website and made the payment and they site decided to muck up after payment went through spoke to the restaurant and they said it's a issue with my bank and spoke to my bank they said the payment had go through and couldn't do a recall as the department had shut until tomorrow morning sent a screen shot of the proof of payment to the restaurant and still didn't accept that as my order didn't come up on there screen absolute piss take as this is the second time this has happened to me as a regular customer in which I order from them at least twice a week sometimes more I even contacted there card machine provider and they are know shut not a way to treat a regular customer who spends about £200 a month with them and the staff wouldn't even do order knowing that payment has been made

Just wanted to add after numerous calls Bryan delivery driver managed to resolve my issue after providing them with my banks authorisation code that they sent to there card merchant Bryan managed to get his bosses to agree to do my order and even showed them how regular I order from them and my amounts ...

First time ordering from Food Stop, ordered the family kebab meal which contains two bountiful trays of mixed meats, donnor and shish, (enough for 4 people but best for 3)

Two bags of chips, 4 pitta breads, 2 salads with coleslaw, 2 pots of sauce and a bottle of drink

Everything was hot, very tasty and flavourful. I know people hate the word but all of the meat was cooked well and moist.

We ordered online for delivery. we had a donner wrap and a chicken shish wrap, wings and chips. The donner was rubbery and pretty plain, my chicken wrap was tasteless and dry (and has given me the worst stomach ache the next day). The wings where awful considering me requested they were made fresh they were flavourless and dry as a bone! And the chips are just the box standard chips that go cold as soon as you unwrap them. Won't be ordering here again unfortunately. The meal wasn't exactly cheap either. Came...
