Greggs — Restaurant in Belfast

Standard Greggs food, doesn’t really change from store to store except that it’s a gamble if the hot food will actually be hot. First impressions: there was no response from the staff member despite me saying “Hello” - just a blank stare like I’d disturbed him. He just kept staring until I told him what I wanted. Unbelievable food and service! Justeat messed up the order and delivered the wrong food but unfortunately justeat were no help correcting the issue. However the staff at Greggs were second to none. They recooked all the food for us and even threw in a load of fresh donuts and muffins to say sorry, for something that wasn't even their fault. Portadown's Greggs is the worst organised member of the this great chain that I have ever been to. There seems to be no attempt to keep a variety of slices available and it seems to take a life time to get as far as the counter to be told that they only have ..... (this was not even at a particularly busy time!). Exceedingly disappointed in this store especially as I love Greggs cheese and onion or corned beef...
