Cafe Express — Restaurant in Borough of Pendle

Ordered the baked jacket potato and 3 toppings. Boss man told me baking takes 1hr 50mins. I waited 15 mins and the microwave pinged. Next thing you know my order was ready. Drowned under all that sauce is a tea spoon of chicken, keema and cheese. Very disappointed with these lot. Acting like people don't know what a baked potato looks like. Awful service. Dreadful portions and to top it all the potato was still raw in parts. Would not recommend you go here unless you want your day to be ruined or you want to pay almost £6 for an undercooked jacket potato, 3 small toppings, sauce and a can. I placed an order on Just Eat. I had the egg flan meal, quarter pounder burger meal and initially I did order the San Sebastián Cake with Pistachio.

They called straight away to inform me that the cake was unavailable, offered alternatives and were happy to supply a refund to me which was great. Furthermore, they also gave me a karak chai which would have came with the cake as a freebie which was nice.

Came from Manchester on our way to Malham cove and it was lunchtime so decided to pick up some food to have at Malham cove. Nelson was on the way and after a quick search Cafe Express was open and had good reviews. Very happy with the Cafe , on very hot day the lads working still took time to explain there menu and happy to make slight additions and changes.
